Cost Specialist Job

A Cost Specialist is needed in Auburn, Alabama.

• Collect all expense and cost data to analyze and estimate costs for labor, purchasing, marketing, manufacturing, maintenance, occupancy expenses, and administrative costs of Donghee America for its business operation in manufacturing of automotive parts including suspension modules, fuel tank modules, pedal modules, and eco modules.
• Estimate overall costs and prepare analysis reports for manufacturing operations and general business operations by evaluating previous and current expenditure and forecasting future budget.
• Research current market trends in automotive industry to provide cost effective products to clients by identifying or reducing dispensable expenses.
• Confer with human resources personnel to determine employees and staffing company’s labor cost by estimating total labor expenditure cost.
• Evaluate production cost and compile detailed cost estimation report by analyzing various cost factors and variances.
• Develop cost effective business strategies by analyzing market trends, overall financial status, manufacturing process, cost factors, and materials specifications.
• Develop cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics.
