Cost Management Specialist Job

• Collect all expense and cost data to analyze and estimate costs for labor, purchasing, marketing, manufacturing, maintenance, occupancy expenses, and administrative costs for manufacturing of suspension and drivetrain components of automobiles such as front and rear axle assembly, rear carrier assembly, half-shaft assembly, and cross grove joint for propeller shafts.
• Estimate cost factors, such as manufacturing time, labor, materials, and expenses to accurately calculate production cost.
• Develop and analyze cost effective methods by utilizing and reviewing engineering process, material specifications, and labor requirements.
• Research current market trends in automotive industry to provide cost effective products to clients by identifying or reducing dispensable expenses.
• Analyze budgets and compile detailed cost estimation to prepare bidding proposals.
• Set up and implement cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Mathematics.
