Job Description:
The position of Cost Estimator at our company requires the following job duties;
[1] Meet with management to discuss the scope and scale of each project, and identify and quantify all cost factors involved in the project;
[2] Prepare project-related data of each project for statistical modeling, graphic analysis and balance sheet formulation by organizing the information, checking for any inaccuracies and adjusting and weighing the raw data by comparing it to the previous projects;
[2] Report results of statistical analyses for the projection of each project, including information pertaining to business and commerce in the form of graphs, charts and tables for the purpose of understanding effective managing strategies and efficiency;
[3] Prepare cost estimates for construction projects to assist management in ascertaining the costs and feasibility of building a new store by analyzing construction documents to prepare time, cost, materials, logistics estimates;
[4] Calculate the estimated costs, time, materials, and labor for a new expansion project by considering the dimensions, size, and purpose of the new projects in analyzing construction documents;
[5] Design research projects that apply valid estimations based on sound economic principles to the local and international market economy and utilize information obtained from baselines or historical data in order to structure an efficient analyses; AND
[6] Develop an understanding for a new project and market management to which statistical methods are to be applied in order to determine whether the business strategies and results are appropriate.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field of study.
