Job Duties:
• Prepare estimates for labor and material costs.
• Prepare pre-qualification submissions for clients.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
• Estimate general expenses and overhead costs.
• Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems.
• Monitor and adjust contract expenditures.
• Maintain a directory of suppliers and trade contractors.
• Liaise and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on cost adjustments.
Working Setting:
The candidate should be available to work full-time during regular business hours, with flexibility for evenings or weekends if project deadlines require.
