Cost Estimator - Construction Job

Job description:
As a Cost Estimator - Construction, you will prepare cost estimates for construction materials, labor, equipment, etc. according to construction projects and contracts. Assist in bidding and supervise during construction, prepare cost and expenditure reports and make forecasts regularly. At the same time, you need to coordinate with other construction parties to discuss economically feasible plans.

Job duties:
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor and equipment for construction projects and generate reports based on contract bids, quotations, schematics and specifications.
-Establish and maintain bidding processes, provide advice for bidding, review and analyze bids and negotiate.
-Establish cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures, manage bidding, and expenditures during construction.
-Manage and coordinate construction projects and develop construction schedules and prepare cost and expenditure reports and forecast future expenses regularly during the project.
-Prepare and maintain lists of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.
-Communicate with other project stakeholders and prepare economic feasibility studies based on cost estimates.
