Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily/weekly cash and bank reconciliations
Support month-end close: journal entries and account reconciliations
Ensure accuracy of the general ledger and balance sheet reserves
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and tax filings
Handle sales/use tax reporting and government surveys
Oversee credit card and expense reporting (Concur)
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and accuracy
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
3–5+ years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP, audits, and compliance
Excellent communication, analytical, and time-management skills
CPA or CMA is a plus
