Job Duties
-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, market penetration, and customer acquisition goals for OA Solutions' ERP services in the post-secondary education sector.
-Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance and achieve individual and team targets.
-Identify potential clients, build relationships, and foster partnerships with post-secondary institutions to expand the client base and increase market share.
-Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with OA Solutions' services and addressing any concerns promptly.
-Oversee contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for OA Solutions and its clients while adhering to company policies and standards.
-Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of OA Solutions' ERP services.
-Conduct market research to identify opportunities, competitive landscape, and potential threats, and use the insights to refine sales strategies.
-Continuously assess and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and overall sales performance.

Qualifications
-A diploma or above in business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
-2 to 3 years of related experience preferred
