Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Corporate Sales Manager to lead the growth and development of our home care services in Kelowna. The successful candidate will oversee sales operations, build key partnerships, manage a high-performing sales team, and represent our brand with integrity and compassion in the community.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a mission-driven environment and has a deep understanding of the healthcare or home care sector.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to promote Qualicare’s full suite of services, including personal care, chronic condition support, family coordination, and companionship.
• Lead and manage regional sales operations, ensuring coverage and consistent business development across Kelowna and surrounding areas.
• Create and enforce sales policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with home care industry standards.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion based on community needs and emerging market trends.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and referral partners.
• Negotiate, close, and manage contracts with business clients and ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to drive performance, engagement, and client satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly Rate: $52/hour (based on a 35-hour workweek)
• Overtime: $78/hour for hours beyond 8/day or 40/week
• Vacation: 2 weeks after 1 year of service or 4% vacation pay
• Start Date: September 1, 2025 or any date on mutual agreement

Job Requirements:
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales management, preferably within home care, healthcare, or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement scalable sales strategies.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; travel within the region required.
• Proficiency in French, demonstrated by a minimum score of CLB 5 on the TEF Canada or TCF Canada language tests.
