Job Description:
-Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and achieve corporate revenue targets
-Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships
-Provide leadership, training, and guidance to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving team success
-Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape to stay ahead in the market
-Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic planning
-Organize and lead product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of AES water treatment solutions
-Oversee contract negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and adherence to company policies
-Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies and tactics to optimize results and meet targets
-Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events that support sales objectives and enhance brand visibility
-Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product and service improvements, ensuring continuous enhancement of customer experience
Job Requirements:
-A bachelor degree in business or a related discipline (or equivalent years of experience)
-2 to 3 years of related experience is required
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
-Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
-Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team
-Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
