Job Description:
Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
- Establish and improve the sales policies and procedures of NVcargo
- Develop and implement new sales strategies and programs
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
- Identify and analyze customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts
- Establish and maintain the relationship with customers by understanding their needs
- Build and maintain the relationship with partners, and negotiate the contracts
- Set and present weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals for the team
- Recruit, hire, and train employees in the sales team

Job Requirements:
• A college graduation in business administration or in a related field is required
• At least 5 years of experience as a sales representative or in a related occupation are required
• 2 years of experience in a management position is required
• Excellent sales and customer service skills with negotiation skills
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
• The ability to prioritize and effectively manage time
• Ability to work independently and possess a high level of self- motivation
• At least 5 years of experience as a sales representative or in a related occupation are required
• 2 years of experience in a management position is required
