Job Description:
North America Electrical Energy Equipments Co. Ltd. (NAEEE) is one of the top global suppliers of aluminum wire and cable for coils. We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our Canadian headquarter in Bolton Ontario.

The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for creating meaningful insights that accelerate continued growth of our business working in close collaboration with our Business Unit Leaders and functional partners. This position is responsible for the operations of a company’s sales force, development, and implementation of annual sales plans, monitoring performance of teams and sales goals, and to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule.

Position Details:

Full-time permanent position
Location: 7 Loring Drive, Bolton, ON, L7E 1Y1
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.
Salary Expectation: $110000 to $125000 per year
Benefit: Paid holidays and generous paid time off during business travel; car mileage reimbursement and financial assistance for professional continuing education

Position Responsibilities:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Establish monthly and annual quotas for the team and implement marketing strategies to analyze trends;
• Understand customer needs through bi-annual, on-site consultation.
• Negotiate the sales contracts, follow up with after sales service procedure.
• Internal evaluating, objectives setting, recruiting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales department;
• Determine and implement strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and develop the new product line;
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with existing customers;
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the higher management;
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
• Provide training and recruitment to the new staff.

Qualifications:
• Completion of University degree in business or related field is required;
• Fluent in English;
• Over 3 years of management experiences in related to sales, marketing, and account;
• Excellent organization and project management skills;
• Ability to handle conflict calmly and professionally;
• Be able to travel domestic and internationally to attend site visits, business meetings and events.
