Corporate Representative Partner Job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-savvy individual to act as our Corporate Representative Partner in the U.S. or Canada. This role will primarily involve communicating with local suppliers and assisting with the secure coordination of pending payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with our U.S. and Canadian suppliers regarding outstanding payments

Receive and securely process payments on behalf of Kanamoto Co., Ltd.

Provide regular updates and transaction reports to our head office in Japan

Ensure compliance with local financial and business regulations

Ideal Candidate:

Based in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic knowledge of invoicing and payment processes

Reliable, trustworthy, and capable of handling financial transactions

Previous experience in business correspondence or finance is a plus
