Corporate Controller Job

A Corporate Controller is needed in Austin, Texas.

• Coordinate and oversee financial activities, such as financial planning, billing, accounting, budgeting and collections for business operations providing cleaning, coating, recycling, and precision processing of customer-owned components used in high vacuum chambers for semiconductor manufacturing.
• Direct preparation of financial statements, financial position forecasts, business activity reports, and annual budgets.
• Coordinate financial operational activities to ensure operational efficiency and to maximize profit.
• Monitor financial activities and details, such as cash flow, taxations, budget management, accounting, to ensure steady financial control.
• Create internal guidelines and procedures for activities related to accounting, budget, and cash/credit management.
• Organize and record company’s overall financial planning and budgeting by overseeing debt, capital, and liquidity status and evaluate market financing rounds to fund the company’s growth and provide for adequate ongoing liquidity.
• Evaluate the financial details of past, present, and projected procedures to classify development prospects and areas where improvement is needed.
• Receive, record, and approve requests for payments in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.
• Direct analysis of financial strengths and weaknesses of the company and establish new policies or corrective actions to ensure strong financial capability in operations of business.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and 2 years of experience in corporate finance or accounting.
