Corporate Accounting Specialist Job

Assist in the preparation of business and organization tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current tax laws, working under the direction of enrolled agents. Prepare and analyze financial statements for clients. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Gather and organize financial documents, including income statements, deductions, credits, and other relevant information for tax filing. Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts. Assist in the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns. Assist in onboarding new clients and understanding their financial needs. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of tax documents. Research tax issues and provide recommendations to clients.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related required.
