Hourly rate: $32.00 to $37.00 / hour (wage determined based on experience and qualifications; higher wage levels apply for candidates with more extensive experience)

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time 30 to 40 hours / week
Start date: As soon as possible
Work settings: Restaurant
Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Job Duties
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Develop menus and forecast the ingredients needed
• Order food and kitchen supplies
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Oversee kitchen and support staff operations
• Ensure kitchen and work areas are clean and organized
