Cook Job

Sushi and Asian food cook wanted. Minimum 1 year of commercial kitchen experience required.

Primary duties:
- Prepare and cook meals based on menu or as ordered by customers;
- Cut, slice and debone fishes, such as salmon, tuna, unagi, etc.
- Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri, sashimi, etc.;
- Prepare all types of Asian-style noodles and soup;
- Manage food preparation activities, including rice boiling and soup cooking;
- Inventory food supplies and other products;
- Maintain hygiene principles in cooking areas and clean space at the end of the shift;
- Other tasks as assigned;
