o Prepare and cook including small plates such as Karaage, dumplings, and takoyaki etc, Udon, Ramen, Vermicelli, Rice bowls, Maki Sushi, Noodle bowls, and Salad bowls
o Ensure food is cooked and presented well
o Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations
o Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times
o Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
o Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients before cooking etc

o Several years of work experience
o Completion of secondary school
