Job duties:
? Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to restaurant standards
? Plan menus and control food portions and costs
? Order ingredients and kitchen supplies
? Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
? Train staff in food preparation and safety
? Keep kitchen and food areas clean and safe
? Manage inventory of food and equipment

Qualifications:
1. Minimum education: Completion of secondary school or completion of college or other program in cooking or food safety
2. Minimum experience: 1 years’ related experience
