Full-time, $35/hr. week, @/$21 /hr. Job duties involve: Preparing and cooking meals for sit-in customers and takeout orders, scheduling duties for kitchen helpers, preparing special meals on orders from customers, supervising kitchen operations, training staff, ordering supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, cleaning kitchen and work areas, etc.
Applicants must have completed high school, have several years of cooking experience, have completed a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks related to African specialty food, or have completed college or another program in cooking.
