Hours of work: 40 hours per week

Location of work: 10153 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC
Job duties:
• Prepare ingredients and make varieties of Chinese dishes
• Dim sum cook has to make dim sum, pastries etc.
• Determine the portion, plan menu and create new dishes/dim sums
• Manage the kitchen operation and handle rush hours
• Perform the job duties in accordance with the health and safety policies
• Train junior cooks/junior dim sum cooks and assigned them daily duties
• Manage kitchen operations
Qualifications:
Minimum education: Completion of secondary school or completion of college or other program in cooking or food safety
Minimum experience: 2 years’ related experience
