Work Experience: 3 Years to Less Than 5 Years

Job Duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
Prepare and cook special meals as per allergies
Help schedule kitchen helpers and place orders
Execute kitchen operations
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Prepare food prior to cooking to be prepared for the day
Transfer kitchen inventory between resorts
May set up and oversee buffets
Must clean kitchen and work area
Transfer skills to kitchen helpers and follow Kitchen managers requirements
Cook in a safe manner as per food safety requirements
Other duties that apply

Job Requirements:
Several years of cooking and/or restaurant experience due to short season
Punctual
Attention to detail
Work well under pressure
Able to lift 30 lbs
Work evenings, weekends and mornings as required including holidays
Good Hygiene
Team player and ability to multitask
Strong communicator
Can work well independently as well as part of a team
Ability to relocate to work on site is required
