Wage: $21 per hour

Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook authentic Szechuan and Northeastern Chinese (Dongbei) dishes
• Assist in food preparation, including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Monitor inventory and report shortages to management
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
• Language of Work: English. Chinese is an asset.
• Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education
• Cuisine specialties: Experience in Szechuan cuisine and Northeastern Chinese cuisine is required
• Experience: one to two years of relevant work experience as a cook is required
