Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Determine food portion sizes and food costs to support efficient kitchen operations.
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for daily service.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and food safety.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas and follow proper sanitation practices.

Requirements:
- Secondary school or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year of related working experience
- Possesses and able to carry out work with the following characteristics:
Client focus, Dependability, Flexibility, Team player
