• Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch and dinner orders from our menu—including breakfast plates, burgers, sandwiches, fish, pasta and daily specials—using the grill, fryer and range.
- Follow our house recipes and standards for portioning, seasoning and plating to ensure consistent food quality.
- Cook for our Monday fish fry and other feature nights during busy service periods.
- Prepare separate dishes for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions using proper food-handling practices.
- Check food and supply levels in the walk-in cooler, freezer and dry-storage areas to ensure ingredients are available for daily service.
- Keep the kitchen, cooking equipment and food-preparation areas clean and sanitized in accordance with applicable food safety requirements.

• Education: Secondary high school graduation certificate

• Language: English

• Experience: 2 years of related cooking experience
