 Work Hours: 30-40 hours/week

 Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook dishes and side dishes from the menu
- Prepare special dishes for customers with food allergies or in tolerances
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Manage kitchen operations
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Estimate expected food consumption and order ingredients/supplies
- Clean and inspect kitchen and work areas
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Replace supplies as needed

 Education: Academic: Secondary school graduation certificate required

 Experience: 1 year of related cooking experience is required

 Language: English
