Employment Terms: Full Time - Permanent

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Help in the daily operation of the kitchen.
2. Prepare all hot and cold dishes from recipe in accordance to food safety standards.
3. Clean and sanitize all cooking surfaces and contribute to overall health code cleaning standards.
4. Organize and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
5. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:
1. Good communication and listening skills are required.
2. Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
3. Must have knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.).
4. Ability to follow all sanitation procedures.

Education and Experience Requirements:
1. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
2. Work Experience: At least 1 year of commercial cooking experience is required

Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, shift starts from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, 1-2 varied days off per week

Wage: $18/hour
