Key Duties and Responsibilities
? Prepare and cook ramen, rice dishes, appetizers and other menu items according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards
? Prepare ingredients for daily service, including vegetables, meat, seafood, sauces and garnishes
? Operate standard kitchen equipment to cook noodles, broths, proteins and side dishes
? Follow established portion sizes and check the quality and presentation of food before serving
? Prepare special orders for customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions when required
? Monitor food and supply levels and inform the kitchen supervisor when restocking is required
? Store ingredients and prepared foods safely to maintain freshness and prevent contamination
? Clean and sanitize cooking equipment, workstations and food-preparation areas

Requirements
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of cooking experience
• Language: English
• Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; standing for extended periods; work under pressure; tight deadlines; repetitive tasks; attention to detail
