Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals for clients with dietary restrictions or sensitivities. Evaluate the cleanliness of kitchens and food preparation areas.
• Educate staff on food preparation, cooking methods, and safe handling practices.
• Assess food portion sizes and their associated costs.
• Create menus and calculate the necessary food requirements for implementation.
• Cook and assemble full meals or specific individual dishes and items.
• Request supplies and equipment as needed.
• Maintain records and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment.
• Sanitize kitchen and workspaces.
