• Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes or side dishes and foods from the menu
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment, using
various kitchen utensils and equipment
- Check the quality of raw and cooked products
- Store ingredients and raw materials at a proper temperature
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Monitor and order inventory and supplies
- Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas
- Clean and inspect kitchen and work areas

• Education: Secondary High school

• Experience: 1 year of related cooking experience is required
