Cook – Keens Steakhouse – New York, New York

Keens Steakhouse is seeking an experienced Cook to join our culinary team and work the broiler station at one of New York City's most iconic steakhouses.

Responsibilities:

• Grill and broil dry-aged USDA Prime meats
• Prepare menu items according to steakhouse standards
• Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Support kitchen operations during dinner service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an acclaimed steakhouse required
• Experience working a broiler or grill station
• Strong knowledge of cooking temperatures and meat preparation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Evening and weekend availability
