Salary: $20.00 per hour and $30.00 per hour overtime rate, after 40 hours per week

Minimum Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Language: English
Work setting: Restaurant (on-site only, no option for remote work)
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
Job Duties:
• Determine the size of food portions and costs
• Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Manage kitchen operations
Cuisine specialities:
• Lebanese, Greek, Vegetarian, Mediterranean cuisine, Halal
