Cook Job

• Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats.
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
• Monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times.
• Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes.
• Monitoring inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed.
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
• Oversee kitchen operations.
• Prepares pizza ingredients & spices
• Packages pizzas accordingly
• Maintains a clean work station

• High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from culinary school preferred
• Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a pizza cook
• Proficient with preparing and baking pizza dough
• Familiar with all professional kitchen equipment (including brick or stone oven, dough sheeters, etc.)
• High understanding of food safety practices and hygiene
• Excellent team spirit with a customer-focused attitude
• Flexible to work in shifts including weekends and late evenings
• Performs well in a fast-paced environment
