Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Job Duties
• Plan menus and estimate ingredient requirements
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Ensure safe meal preparation for customers with food sensitivities
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Clean kitchen and work areas
