Key Responsibilities:
• Cook and prepare full meals as well as individual dishes.
• Develop menus, calculate portion sizes, and estimate ingredient needs and costs.
• Keep track of food, supplies, and kitchen equipment, maintaining accurate records.
• Arrange and manage buffet setups.
• Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen team members as required.
• Ensure the kitchen and work areas are clean, organized, and meet safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:
• Completion of high school is required
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
