Job Description:
Maharaja in Mission Restaurant Ltd.is looking for five full-time permanent Indian Tandoori Cooks to join their team.

• Prepare and cook all tandoori menu items currently listed or may come to existence, for example, Chicken Tandoori, Lamb Seekh Kabab, Malai Chicken Tikka, etc.
• Slice and prepare raw food ingredients for future use.
• Ensure the Quality of food before it gets served to the guests.
• Train and may help staff in preparation, cooking and handling food.
• Take proper care of clay oven and upraise management if any repair or upgrade is needed.
• Supervise helper and another kitchen staff as required.
• May clear work area.

Employment requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of related experience is required.
• Must specialize in preparing all types of Indian Tandoori Dishes Must know the use of Tandoor.
