Prepare and cook complete dishes as per our restaurant menu items; Prepare dishes for customer with food allergies or intolerances; Supervise, schedule and co-ordinate activities of kitchen staff and helpers; Determine food sizes; Estimate food requirements and cost and monitor and order supplies; Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food; Manage kitchen operations; Inspect kitchen and food service areas; Clean kitchen and work area
