Job Descriptions:
-Prepare and cook buffet style meals and items, build different and diverse menus in line with different cultures, set up and oversee buffets.
-Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements, ensure a variety of meals are cooked for specific service times.
-Maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing to optimize the dining experience.
-Inspect kitchens and food service areas, clean kitchen and work area.
-Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
-Make sauces, baking, and breaking down different types of meat.
-Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Education: A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
Experience: No experience required. Will train.

-Commitment to promote fresh, wholesome and sustainably sourced food.
-Ability to cook and produce large quantities of food.
-Capacity to work well under pressure, meeting production schedules and timelines for service periods.
-Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Willingness to learn, knowledge of food, attention to detail.
-Ability to stand for extended periods.
-Adaptability to repetitive tasks.
-Overtime required.
