We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Cook to join our team and support our busy restaurant operations.

Wages: $18.00/hour
Hours of work: 30 to 44 hours per week
Benefits: 10 days paid vacation
Location of work: Grand Prairie AB

Job duties:
? Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and food
? Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
? Inspect kitchens and food service areas
? Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
? Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
? Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
? Clean kitchen and work areas
Qualifications:
Minimum education: High school graduation
Minimum experience:12 months related experience, Cantonese Cuisine is asset
