Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate Cook to join our team and be part of a friendly, collaborative environment where quality, creativity, and customer experience come first. This role involves providing exceptional food service, preparing meals, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
Wages: $18.00 per hour
Hours Per Week: 35-40

Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Operate and monitor the wood-fired pizza oven
• Chop, slice, measure, mix, plate and garnish dishes
• Ensure all meals are prepared and presented in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and appearance
• Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control
• Follow food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely service
• Order and Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
• Train and provide guidance to kitchen helpers and other support staff as required.
• Inspect, Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations throughout shifts

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 to less than 2 years prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
• Open availability including weekends and holidays, if required
