Primary Responsibilities:
• Prepare aloo tikki, chat papri, gol gappe, raj kachori, kathi rolls etc.
• Maintain clean and hygienic environment in the kitchen.
• Prepare and Cook snacks such as Samosa, snack items, Spring Rolls etc.
• Prepare and Cook Shahi Paneer, Mix veg, Channa Masala, fried rice.
• Prepare and cook the Indian sweets like Gulab Jamun, Burfi, Laddoo, Besan, Rasmalai, Gazar Halwa etc.
• Monitoring and maintaining daily supplies as required.
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, monitor and order supplies.
