Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Manage kitchen operations

Requirement
• Completion of Secondary School
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent oral communication skills (English proficiency)
• Effective interpersonal skills, flexibility and team player
• Work under pressure

Job Details
* Location: DD Mau – 145 East Pender Street – Vancouver, BC
* Terms of employment: Full-time / Permanent (30~40 hours / week )
* Start date: ASAP
* Wage: $ 21.00 (Hr)
