Clean kitchen and work areas
Working with sharp objects (knives, slicers, etc.)
Use of portable or step ladder may be required
Working with hot products and equipment

This position requires the employee to stand for an extended period of time

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine is an asset
