Tasks
Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients. Hand-stretch pizza dough, spread sauces, and accurately portion toppings.
Cook appetizers, entrees, and pizzas adhering to Boston Pizza recipes and assembly manuals.
Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
Complete daily prep sheets and organize product deliveries.
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Adhere strictly to food safety guidelines, operate standard kitchen equipment, and sanitize workstations.
Manage kitchen operations
