Duties of the position:
Determine the size of food portions and costs
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Order supplies and equipment
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies andequipment
Clean kitchen and work areas
Work conditions:
Fast-paced environment
Work under pressure
Requirements:
Knowledge of english language
At least 2 year of work experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Wage: $20 to 23.00 hourly (to be negotiated)
