Cook Job

- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- Ensure food is prepared fresh and of the highest quality
- Strictly adhere to safe and hygienic food handling practices
- Clean kitchen and work area

Requirements:
- Secondary School education
- At least 2 years in a cook position or equivalent culinary experience in commercial setting
- Be able to work under minimum supervision and in a fast-paced environment
