Job Description:
Salt N Pepper Restaurant is a family-owned restaurant that specializes in Western, Filipino and Chines cuisines. We need one cooks who can start immediately. Preference will be given to cooks who have experience in these cuisines, but this is not a job requirement. Training will be provided to cooks who want to learn this type of cuisine.
Wage: $37.50 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent; Full-Time

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Languages: English
Education: Secondary school certificate
Experience: 1 – 2 years
Job Duties:
• Prepare and complete meals and individual dishes and food
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions.
• Estimate food requirements and cost and monitor and order supplies.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• Manage kitchen operations.
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
• Clean kitchen and work areas.
