Positions Available: 2
Primary Responsibilities:
• Prepare and Cook food specially Dosa according to recipes.
• Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions.
• Prepare and cook Indian food items -South Indian Dishes- Soup, Dosa, Idly, Upma, Utthappam, Pongal, Wada and cook as per menus.
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual foods and dishes.
• Train staff in cooking, preparation and handling of food.
• Manage kitchen operations and staff by scheduling and supervising kitchen helpers.
• Work safely with specialized cooking equipment like deep fryer, oven, grill etc.
• Prepare meals for the diners, prepare the buffet, interview and train the staff.
• Maintain inventory & records of food, supplies and equipment.
• Inspect and sanitize all kitchen food service area.
