Job Description:
The Tapa Bar / Bodega Bar Poco, located at 620 Trounce Alley Victoria, BC,V8W 1K3, Canada is looking for Cooks. The candidate should have either 6 months of experience or a certificate or Diploma in the relevant field. Pay per hour will be $25.00 per hour . This is a permanent full-time position for 30-40 hours of work per week . We will also consider candidates who wish to work part-time only.
Some of the job duties are listed below, which are not limited to:
*Co-ordinate special events
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Order supplies and equipment
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
