Located at 5 Rink St in Montague, Dynasty Restaurant is a beloved dining spot, cherished by locals and visitors alike. We specialize in crafting delectable Chinese and Canadian dishes that bring together the best of both worlds.

To expand our business, our company now is looking for a full-time Cook that are eager to learn and grow with our team. Applicants must have experience working in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a fast paced dining environment.

Terms of employment: Full-time Permanent

Wages: $30.00/hour

Hours of work: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week

Benefits: 4% vacation pay

Location of work: 5 Rink St, Montague, PE C0A 1R0

Job Duty:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Order supplies and equipment
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• May clean kitchen and work area
• May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirementsand costs, and monitor and order supplies
• May hire and train kitchen staff .

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Completion of Secondary School.
• Must have at least 2-3 years of cooking experience in a similar environment.
• Commercial cooking experience in Chinese cuisine would be an asset.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Able to work well independently and within a team.
