Employment Terms: Full Time - Permanent
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee kitchen operations.
2. Prepare and cook full meals, individual dishes and custom orders.
3. Prepare any necessary sauces or accompaniments before meal service begins.
4. Maintain inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment.
5. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and work area.
6. Schedule/supervise/train kitchen staff.
7. Perform other related task assigned.
Employment Requirements:
1. Education: Completion of secondary school education is required
2. Work Experience: Minimum 1-year related experience is required
Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week; work shift between 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM; 2 varied days off per week
Wage/Benefits: $16.00/hour; Free meal and uniform, 2% RSP match after 1 year of service, Trainings and Seminars will be provided and paid by the company
